Most of our Paper + Press pieces are made on-demand, just for you. Once printed and dispatched, your pieces make their way to you via a fully trackable delivery service for your peace of mind.
As these products are customised, returns are not usually accepted. If however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the order date and we will work to resolve the issue.

The Details

Our premium GF Smith Colorplan papers are satisfyingly textured and FSC-certified.
– Our single thickness paper is 350gsm. That’s code for nice and thick.
Please review the following before placing your order:
– Upload your files in .jpeg format with a minimum resolution of 300dpi.
– If you’re using coloured files, make sure they’re in CMYK colour profile.
– Your design should be sized to your selected format with a 3mm bleed on all edges for cutting purposes.
– Crop marks should not be included in your artwork.

– For our minimum order see our pricing options. We recommend adding at least 10-20 spares to your order for last minute guests, keepsakes and contingency.
– Printing production timeframes (does not include design):
Digital printing: 5-6 business days + shipping
Letterpress or foil printing: 14-15 business days + shipping
Slightly overestimated timeframes (so we don’t disappoint)
