As these products are customised, returns are not usually accepted. If however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the order date and we will work to resolve the issue.

The Details
WIDE 185x135mm
This envelope would suit stationery items such as Invitations.
OUTER 162mm x 229mm
This envelope would suit stationery items such as thicker stationery packages and provide protection further protection for Wax Seals. This size is the equivalent of an A5 envelope.
A6 161mm x 114mm
This envelope would suit stationery items such as A6 Save The Dates and smaller stationery such as Info cards.
Before purchasing please consider your overall stationery package thickness and envelope sizing.
Our premium GF Smith Colorplan papers are satisfyingly textured and FSC-certified.
Our envelope thickness is 135gsm. In other words, it looks and feels great whilst keeping its contents protected and delivered safely.
For our minimum order see our pricing options. We recommend adding at least 10-20 spares to your order for last minute guests, keepsakes and contingency.
We offer 2 styles of flap back envelopes, ‘Square’ Flap and ‘V’ Flap. Our ‘Square’ Flap envelopes come with a Peel and Seal closure, making packaging quick and efficient for the sender. ‘V’ Flap envelopes utilise gummed closures. Each closure is predetermined with the size of the envelope.
We highly recommend reviewing the weight and size of your envelopes and final stationery piece including wax seals prior to purchasing stamps and posting.
Our plain coloured envelopes do not include address printing however you can add printed envelope addressing. Find out more! For medium and dark coloured envelopes we do recommend utilising our ‘White Ink’ address printing service to ensure addressee details are visible.

Wax seals are not included with our envelopes but can be added to your order.

While our Wax Seals are made from strengthened wax for postal purposes, to guarantee your seals are not damaged during mailing we recommend protecting the seal in an outer envelope. Sorting machinery at Postal Depots may damage the Wax Seals
